However, our return policy is totally different,Key phrases price may be returned or refunded, if there’s any mismatch beyond the limit of Addzet’s/ Addzet’s agreement or depending upon the situation. If once the contract is signed by the client, we do have the authority to charge from the card as per the contracted instalments or No refund and return will be made if the service is not deactivated by the customer end. In case the customer deactivated the service and charged wrongly, the website will initiate the refund after verifying the customer’s claim. We encourage our customers to claim such refunds within 7 days from the initiation.

For one, all the requests for return should take into account being submitted to the billing and accounts department of Addzet. You are free to make submissions of your return policy through email, postal mail or telephone. Make it a point that we are not going to consider your return requests or consider them as valid unless you are confirmed about the same by our billing or accounts department. You will be given a confirmation number or receive a confirmation email from the above-mentioned department of the company.

This is done so as to act as proof of service cancellation.

Advance notice of about 30 days is required for notifying any service cancellation.

Refund Policy:

Payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. Your failure to respond to any of our requests that lead to our inability to deliver the services hereunder or delay in delivering the services shall not entitle you to a refund for our subsequent non-delivery or late delivery of the services and we shall not be liable to you for any such failure.

Modification:

Addzet has the exclusive right to bring about any modification of the provisions of refund of return policy without intimating prior notice.
