Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our sales and customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, answering incoming inquiries, and promoting our products and services. You should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle rejections professionally.

As a Telecaller, your goal is to enhance customer engagement, boost sales, and support the business with valuable client interactions and feedback.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers using pre-defined scripts.

  2. Handle inbound customer queries efficiently and professionally.

  3. Explain the company’s products/services and generate interest among prospects.

  4. Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or services.

  5. Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent communication pipeline.

  6. Record and maintain customer information in the database accurately.

  7. Transfer calls and leads to the sales team for closing.

  8. Maintain quality service by following company policies and standards.

  9. Keep track of call details and update CRM or spreadsheets regularly.

  10. Stay updated with product knowledge, service offerings, and company updates.

  11. Handle objections and rejections with a positive approach.

  12. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.


Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages

  • Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking abilities

  • Ability to handle pressure and work towards targets

  • Strong listening skills and attention to detail

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools


Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

  • Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support preferred

  • Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome
