Job Description:

We are looking for a few talented marketing professionals to undertake international marketing projects to fulfill our global business targets. You will be involved in social media promotions, e-mail marketing, LinkedIn marketing, and one-to-one voice as well as non-voice communication process with the prospects. The ultimate goal is to present our products and services to potential customers and onboard them as successful clients.

The ideal candidate will be passionate for the “art” of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. He/She must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and public image.

The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation, bring us new customers, and fulfill our business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
  • Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns etc.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
  • Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
  • Regularly interact with prospects and convert them into our customers
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and try to up-sell & cross-sell our products/ services
  • Monitor progress of sales/ marketing, campaigns etc. using various metrics and submit reports of performance
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing weekly marketing plans.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
  • Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software
  • Familiarity with social media and web analytics
  • Excellent communication and people skills is must
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Creativity and commercial awareness
  • MBA/BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline
