We are looking for passionate and creative Motion Graphic Designers (Freshers). Join our team to create visually engaging and animated content across various digital platforms. As a Motion Graphic Designer, your responsibilities will include conceptualizing, designing, and animating graphics that bring stories to life through motion.
You will work on projects including social media content, explainer videos, promotional campaigns, UI animations, and more. Your work should effectively communicate ideas, inspire audiences, and elevate brand presence through movement and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities
• Understand creative briefs and determine animation/design requirements.
• Conceptualize visuals and motion sequences based on content needs.
• Create storyboards and rough drafts to pitch animation ideas.
• Design and animate high-quality graphics, videos, and GIFs.
• Work with audio elements like voice-overs, background scores, and sync with visuals.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing teams.
• Revise and improve animations based on feedback.
• Ensure final animations are visually appealing, brand-aligned, and engaging across media platforms.
Requirements
• Freshers with strong creative flair and basic animation knowledge are welcome.
• Familiarity with design and animation software (such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Basic understanding of timing, pacing, and transitions in motion design.
• A keen eye for detail, composition, and color.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work methodically, take feedback positively, and meet deadlines.
• A degree/diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Design, or related field is a plus.
