The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for Addzet. The role involves identifying business opportunities, understanding client needs, and offering suitable marketing solutions to help them achieve their business goals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase Addzet’s marketing services.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions tailored to their business needs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively to maximize revenue.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for improving sales.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management on progress and performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle client queries and provide effective solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
