Job Description:

We are looking for highly skilled and innovative Motion Graphics Designers with 4+ years of professional experience to join our creative team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about animation, video content creation, and visual storytelling. You will collaborate with our creative, social media, and marketing teams to produce high-impact motion content for diverse digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and expertise in creating advanced motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.

Responsibilities:

• Understand creative briefs and translate them into impactful animation/design requirements.

• Conceptualize and develop advanced visuals, animations, and motion sequences.

• Create detailed storyboards and style frames to pitch creative animation ideas.

• Design, animate, and edit high-quality graphics, videos, 2D/3D animations, and visual effects.

• Integrate audio elements like voice-overs, sound effects, and background scores seamlessly with visuals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals.

• Lead projects from concept to final execution while ensuring brand alignment.

• Revise, improve, and optimize animations based on feedback and performance insights.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to deliver innovative outputs.

• Ensure timely delivery of engaging, visually striking content across all digital media platforms.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer.

• A strong portfolio showcasing advanced motion design, 2D/3D animations, and video editing work.

• Proficiency in design and animation software (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.).

• Strong understanding of timing, pacing, typography, and transitions in motion design.

• Expertise in visual composition, color theory, and storytelling through motion.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, and deliver quality outputs.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

• A degree/diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Design, or a related field is preferred.
