Job Description:

We are looking for Passionate Graphic Designers to create highly engaging graphics for a variety of media. The Graphic designer’s job responsibility includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You have to shape the visual aspects of social media, websites, magazines, books, product packaging, exhibitions, and many more.

Your graphics should communicate the right message and capture the attention of the customers. You need to have designed passion, creative flair, and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.

The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

Responsibilities

• Study the design briefs and determines requirements.
• Conceptualize visuals based on the requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas before creating the final design.
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using specific software.
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each design.
• Work closely with copywriters, clients, and creative directors to produce effective designs.
• Test various graphics across all media channels.
• Amend designs after receiving creative feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Requirements

• Prior graphic designing experience is required.
• Must have a strong portfolio of prior work.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, etc.)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Excellent typewriting and written communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet strict deadlines.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
