Job Description:

We are looking for highly motivated and creative freshers to join our team as Motion Graphics Designers. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about animation, video content creation, and visual storytelling. You will work with our creative, social media, and marketing teams to produce engaging motion content for a wide range of digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand creative briefs and determine animation/design requirements.

• Conceptualize visuals and motion sequences based on content needs.

• Create storyboards and rough drafts to pitch animation ideas.

• Design and animate high-quality graphics, videos, and GIFs.

• Work with audio elements like voice-overs, background scores, and sync with visuals.

• Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing teams.

• Revise and improve animations based on feedback.

• Ensure final animations are visually appealing, brand-aligned, and engaging across media platforms.

Requirements

• Freshers with strong creative flair and basic animation knowledge are welcome.

• A portfolio showcasing motion design/animation work (college projects/internships/personal projects).

• Familiarity with design and animation software (such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

• Basic understanding of timing, pacing, and transitions in motion design.

• A keen eye for detail, composition, and color.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work methodically, take feedback positively, and meet deadlines.

• A degree/diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Design, or related field is a plus.
